Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what arrives. If something's not right, here's how we make it right:

Changed your mind? You may cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the item is unworn and in its original packaging. You cover the cost of return shipping. (This is your cooling-off right under South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.)

Defective or damaged item? If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault within 6 months, we'll replace it or refund you in full — including return shipping. That's your right under the Consumer Protection Act, and we honour it without drama.

How to start a return: email symphonypromotionsco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if damaged). We respond within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
